What is CATalyst Academy?

CATalyst Academy is one of the outstanding benefits included with Edge, your support plan for CATalyst: an extensive library of training content. It includes hundreds of videos on virtually every CATalyst topic with searchable, timed-stamped content guides and hundreds of Tips articles to save you time and boost your productivity. CATalyst Academy also has content for users of CATalyst VP, CATalyst BCS, CaseViewNet, and the NexGen writer. CATalyst Academy is updated quarterly with additional content.

What is Ascend Training by Stenograph?

Ascend is a step up from CATalyst Academy. In addition to the hundreds of video webinars and tips articles, you get the benefit of interactivity. Post questions and receive timely answers from Cindi Lynch, Training Program Manager. Exchange ideas and share feedback with colleagues. Live Q&A sessions take place weekly enabling you to get interactive training on any CATalyst feature; and each month a new webinar is available: you can attend live or watch the video at your convenience! You aren't required to maintain Edge to access Ascend; monthly and annual subscriptions are available to all CATalyst users.
